The 'Common Phrase Dictionary' speeds up form completion by recognising repeated patterns of text input. Any regularly used word, phrase, sentence or even paragraph is automatically recorded in the Dictionary and stored for future use. In just the same way predictive text works on your mobile phone, our system prompts these phrases for selection as letters are typed thereby speeding up data input and form completion. This facility is not limited to individual devices but recorded to a central database and made available to all operatives giving you your own Business Language Dictionary that expands automaticlly.

Our Lone Worker Service allows an employee to check in a start and finish time for a particular task which will lead to an alert at base if they do not mark the task completed in the suggested time. A follow up procedure can check the status of the field operative with appropriate action being taken where necessary.
